Spread over two floors, Charis House has four first floor offices, a Conference Room and a Kitchenette. The ground floor has a main auditorium that seats 150 people along with two adjoining smaller halls one that can seat approximately 30 people theatre style and the second that can seat approximately twenty people. 

The upstairs offices are ideal to be rented out either under a long term tenancy agreement or to be used as a temporary or mobile office space.  The offices are fully equipped with fast internet access as well as wi-fi.

The ground floor main auditorium is ideal to host Conferences, Wedding Receptions, birthday parties etc, as well as Church events. 

The two smaller halls can be used to host Training events, Workshops and Small Group meetings as well as smaller birthday and graduation parties.

 

The facility also has a downstairs kitchen that is equipped with a large 6 burner dual fuel Cooker, microwaves and a fridge.
